Dawn O’Meally, LCSW-C, P.A. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Maryland and has been providing clinical services to individuals, couples, and groups since 1986. Dawn is the proud owner of The Counseling Center for Change which is located in Westminster, MD, and has 5 therapists in her practice. Since the pandemic, most clinical services have been provided through Telehealth which is as effective as in-person sessions for most people. Dawn loves running Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (aka CBT) groups and facilitates various psycho-educational and therapy groups in her private practice. She has a special passion for the CBT course she developed entitled, 11 Weeks to Self Esteem, and is a certified Level 3 TEAM-CBT Therapist through the Feeling Good Institute.
