About This Event

11 Weeks to Self-Esteem: Change the Way You Think, Feel & Live

Build confidence. Quiet your inner critic. Break free from negative thinking patterns.

Do you struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, perfectionism, or being too hard on yourself? Do stress, frustration, or negative thoughts sometimes get in the way of enjoying life?

You don’t have to stay stuck in those patterns.

Join Dawn A. O’Meally, MSW, LCSW-C, for an interactive, 11-week virtual group program designed to help you better understand your thoughts, manage difficult emotions, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself.

Using proven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and the workbook 10 Days to Self-Esteem by David Burns, MD, you’ll learn practical strategies you can apply to everyday challenges.

This isn’t just about feeling better for a moment. It’s about building skills that can help you create meaningful, lasting change.

What You’ll Learn

Throughout the program, we’ll explore six important areas of emotional well-being:

🌿 Manage Stress & Negative Thinking

Recognize unhelpful thought patterns, challenge thinking errors, and learn healthier ways to respond to stressful situations.

💙 Navigate Depression & Difficult Emotions

Understand the connection between thoughts and feelings, recognize patterns that contribute to low mood, and develop practical coping strategies.

🌤️ Handle Anger & Frustration

Learn to recognize emotional triggers, distinguish helpful from harmful anger, and respond to challenging situations more constructively.

⏳ Break the Cycle of Procrastination

Understand what’s keeping you stuck, overcome mental roadblocks, and build motivation to take meaningful action.

✨ Let Go of Perfectionism

Challenge unrealistic expectations, reduce self-criticism, and discover how to pursue personal growth without demanding perfection.

❤️ Build Healthier Self-Esteem

Learn to separate your self-worth from your accomplishments, mistakes, or other people’s opinions. Develop greater self-acceptance and confidence.

A Small Investment in a Healthier You

11 sessions. 16.5 hours of guidance. Just $350.

That’s less than $32 per session to learn practical, evidence-based strategies for improving how you think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges.

Your investment includes structured group learning, professional guidance from a licensed clinical social worker, and opportunities to practice skills that extend well beyond the program.

Whether you’re looking to build confidence, reduce stress, improve relationships, or simply become kinder to yourself, this program provides a supportive environment to work toward those goals.

Who Is This Program For?

This group is for adults who are ready to better understand themselves and make positive changes in their lives.

You don’t need previous experience with CBT, and you don’t have to be facing a major life crisis to benefit.

All you need is a willingness to learn, reflect, and try something different.

Change Begins with the Way You Think

You may not be able to control everything life throws your way, but you can learn to change how you interpret situations, respond to challenges, and treat yourself along the way.

Over 11 weeks, you’ll gain tools to recognize negative thinking, challenge self-defeating beliefs, and develop a more balanced, compassionate perspective.

You deserve the same kindness, patience, and understanding that you give to others.

Take the first step toward building healthier self-esteem.
